When scrolling in Totem 2.30.2 The scrollbar moves inconsistently

In 2.30.2 version when I scroll the song to move forward or rewind the scroll is no precise as it was in 2.30.1

I apologize that I am late with answer. Here is the video I made so you can see how the scrollbar jumps all over the bar when scrolling on my touchpad. When music i paused the scroll behaves absolutely perfect, you can also compare with older version of Totem or even with Karmic. Ok, maybe is not a big deal, but is remarkable from aesthetic point of view. Thanks!

Here is the second problem that I found today. If you pause the song and then go back to the start position it doesn't beginning from 0:00.

what kind of file is that? are you using any gstreamer ugly plugin for those? I've seen similar issues for the files like flv, matrozka, etc.

It's an mp3 file, but not only particular but all of my mp3's and videos, and there's no accident, the same those files were work perfect in 2.30.1. Here is the example with ogv file and you can see how video starts randomly.
