So, the bug here being reported is the e-mails generated from Wiki pages are not formatted in the e-mail alerts

to test. add a wiki page with "formatting" such as bullet list and bold, italics. Make sure you notify community (be careful what community on productions) and you should see formatted results in e-mail alert.
