Bug Description

For some reason all my files inside folders disappeared.

I was using the service without problems since the previously version of Ubuntu. Due a problem with my internal HD I stayed 3 weeks using my computer with a Ubuntu Live CD. During this time I had access to my backuped files trough Ubuntu One Web Interface without problems.

When I finally bought a new HD I installed Lucid Lynx and configured Ubuntu One. The files that aren't inside folders and the folder structure was downloaded to my computer but, the folders was empty. I tried then access the files trough the web interface and noticed that the files disappeared from there also.

I tough that could be some server problem and wait some time but the files are really gone. At this point the web interface show me the info that I'm using 1.8mb of space and before that I was using approximately 300mb.

I tried to contact support trough email, but they only take care of billing support, which is not the case, and recommended me to go to the forums. I went tho the forums and they also couldn't help me. They said that I should open a bug report. So he we are.

At this point I'm really worry about the possibility of had lost all my files and just to be clear, the only thing that I did was configure the Ubuntu One on my new Lucid installation and waited for my files, that never showed up.

Same problem here. Using lucid.
I bought some songs through ubuntuone music store on my notebook. When I tried to download (sync) them in rhythmbox on my netbook I got the message "This song was deleted or moved from your library. You can download it again 5 more times.
I never deleted or moved it from my Library. Some songs are still there, others, even older ones are marked with the same messages. Again others show "Transferring to your Ubuntu One storage" but with no activity shown, menaing the progress bar stays empty forever.

Hi, i'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Are you
still having this issue with all the updates installed? If so comment
