Bug Description

Binary package hint: shotwell

Add apport hooks to attach appropriate information.
Also attach a log of what the user was doing much like simple-scan does.

Note to package maintainers: the Makefile expects the environment variable ENABLE_APPORT_HOOK_INSTALL to be set in order to install the new Apport hook. This should be taken into account when packaging for Ubuntu in order to mark that bug as fixed.

Bug 630461 shows that the apport hook doesn't work in the Maverick package so there's a bit more to do before marking this resolved.
