Bug Description

the tgmail script is broken, it doesnt seem to report new emails, but only reports 0 new messages.

It is known that this problem may be related to the gmail unread xml reporting, but it is uncertain whether this method will be productive.

Since we now have a working GMail script (check-gmail.sh), I see no reason to keep this script.

tgmail is removed, so this is invalid.
