1.1.17.1 FTBFS on sparc

Only filed here to keep track of the bug and upstream bugreport:

Hi,
since .17.1 (or .17, .16.1 worked fine) mono fails to build on Linux/sparc
with a SIGILL the first time the JIT is used.

Below is the relevant part of the build log:
