Bug Description
1) In "File":
a) doesn't works buttons "Close" and "Open.."
b) button "Notebooks" must be menu with buttons "new notebook" and etc.
2) In "Edit" doesn't works buttons "Delete Notebook" and "Delete"
3) In "Help" after pressing button "Contents" AppMenu disappears from the panel and "Tomboy Notes Manual" opens.
4) In "Tools" button "Synchronise Notes" must be inactive like its on Right-click-
