All DBus operations through SDT can timeout.

We should retry them.

We need to add Errbacks to all the deferreds from SDT.

If they fail with...

>>> failure.value.get_dbus_name()
'org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply'

... then we should retry a couple of times, or forever, but always logging in warning the retrials.
