Bug Description
Avoid the following url redirections.
1. work links in the search result page
2. author links in the search results page
3. subjects in the work page (use place:foo instead of /places/foo)
4. subjects in the author page (use place:foo instead of /places/foo)
5. work links in the author page
6. "1 edition" link in the work page
