Partner balance report : filtering by fiscal year not correct

Even inputing a fiscal year in the dialog box, the report still shows other fiscal years data.
When selecting the fiscal year by period, the problem is solved.

Btw, something usually annoying for openerp reporting is that it
doesnot remind the used filter, date of printing (when relevant) or a
possible title : just for the record ;).
