preserve attributes does not preserve mtime

Bug Description

Binary package hint: krusader

When copying file in krusader with preserve attributes checked into directory on vfat file system krusader writes "Could not change permissions for file". That's OK, owner and group could not bes set on vfat. But modification time is not preserved. But It could and should be preserved!
