Please sync loop-aes-utils 2.16.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian got a newer version now. No specific changes in Ubuntu.
The debian package also builds without problems.

  * Add loop-aes patch v3.2h
