Please sync nethack 3.4.3-12.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

    - Fix FTBFS by building with -D__CORRECT_ISO_CPP_STRINGS_H_PROTO
      flag, a hack from Gentoo.

This change was also made in Debian.
