Bug Description
Since cache folders have unreadable names, it would be useful to have a way to delete the cache folder of a POP/IMAP folder.
Perhaps also to visit a cache folder, which could be used if it goes out of sync with the POP/IMAP server and might need to be examined?
How about a function called vm-cache-

Haven't we had enough of VM's kookiness? Why not just use plain text cache folder names? They can still be prefixed with "imap-cache-" and "pop-cache-" so that the users won't mess with them.
