Member lists dont respond well with lots of entries

Need a better UI for moving members in and out of groups.

Implemented a double click feature on the List item which will send the clicked on item to the other list.

Would like to extend each list item to contain a small arrow which can be single clicked as an alternative.

After some experimentation - shied away from putting arrows on the lists, it got far too cluttered. Instead added some help text.
