Rhythmbox items are not in right order and some items are missing

Bug Description
In all menus the items are not in the order they should be. For example in Music-menu quit should be last but instead theres "New internet radio station".
Also some items are missing like Music->close.
Also all the shortcut infos are missing (like "Quit Ctrl+Q" is only "Quit")
