PiTiVi items missing from menus and some grayed out items aren't grayed out

Bug Description
View-menu is missing the bottom two items ( Show clips as -settings).
In empty project (aka. default settings when you open the program) project-menu has multiple grayed out items ( render project, remove from project etc.). These are not grayed out in the Application menu. Clicking them doesn't do anything.
Timeline menu is fine (it also has grayed out items) but again the samething occurss in preview menu with loop-item
