Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
New installation fails with the syslog entry
May 29 10:06:06 ubuntu ubiquity[12068]: raise InstallStepErro
May 29 10:06:06 ubuntu ubiquity[12068]: InstallStepError: HwDetect failed with code 10
I tried many times with different setting for partitioning, don't know which hardware could cause trouble, but ubuiquity should not crash here.
Result: installation impossible! (though karmic and lucid have been running on this computer before - no problem!)
