schema-ini files with offending character

Some applets have in their schema-ini files in the description-fields too many equals signs (=). These strings are split up in the pot-file and are hardly translatable then. I tried to escape them without success and now replaced them with a colon (:) or some other suitable character. Patch attached. If alright, please update the pot-file, too.

Please let me know, whether the patch is alright and you want one for Awn itself, too. (It's only 3 lines in data/avant-window-navigator-schema-ini)

Could you please update the patch, there were changes to bandwidth-monitor and it doesn't apply cleanly atm.

This patch applies cleanly to rev. 1347.

I noticed now, that 2 of the changed lines have a wrong spelling (Celcius instead of Celsius) and changed it, too. A grep for "Celcius" finds some other occurences, I will provide a separate patch for them.
