Switching from mail to calendar "undocks" the evolution window in Ubuntu Netbook Edition

Binary package hint: evolution

When opening evolution, the window "docks" normally, ie. it is fully maximized. However after switching from mail to calendar or calendar to mail, the window is no longer properly maximized, and it is impossible to put it back in a good state without restarting the application.

I hope this description is understandable, otherwise I can try to include a screen capture illustration the problem. The problem can seem minor but it's actually pretty annoying since evolution is one of the main applications of a UNE system.

Yes, it is reproducible. From the initial bug report:

I cannot reproduce this bug with evolution 2.30.3 in Ubuntu 10.10

can you please try Ubuntu 10.10 or evolution 2.30.3 from this ppa https://launchpad.net/~jacob/+archive/evo230 and let us know if the problem is still there.

Is there a way I can test it from 10.04 LTS? That's all I have access to, and I don't plan to upgrade before a while.

In any case, it would be great to know this is fixed!
