attachments don't open even after loading messages

Bug Description
For a headers-only message, viewing the message, loading it and then opening an attachment doesn't work.
The Presentation buffer has the right mime-layout, referring to the Folder buffer. However, the attachment buttons still refer to the old points in the Presentation buffer, where there is nothing.

This should have been fixed in revision 805 as well. Needs to be tested.
