Numbertext in ko does not like decimals

Bug Description

Tested in french environment, comma as decimal separator
=NUMBERTEXT(3,14;"ko") returns : 3,14 instead of korean text

=NUMBERTEXT(314;"ko") seems returning korean text.
=MONEYTEXT(3,14;"USD";"ko") seems returning korean text.

(I don't know korean, I look for glyph markers)

Unfortunately, I haven't found data for Korean decimals, yet. Thank for your report.
