Adding an author in lower case doesn't allow you to edit it to be a Proper Name

Bug Description
1. Click EDIT on any Work
2. Add an author name, in all lowercase
3. Choose "Create a new author record", which populates the Author field with the lowercase version.
3a. (Realize you've just entered someone's name in lowercase, and wish to edit it to be a proper name.)
4. Change the author's (lowercase) name to Proper Name case, like "george oates" to "George Oates"
5. Tab out of field
6. See that your edited "George Oates" is replaced with "george oates"
So, we need to the Add Author field to recognize if a case edit like this is made - it's different from entering a new name - more like the first edit to the new author record, or something.
Might also consider capitalising the first letter of any name...
