Can't edit radio streams

Create a new radio stream in the playlist interface. Right-click on the stream and select edit. The same interface used to create it pops-up, but it's read-only. Can't be edited.

Looking at the code, this is because setKept() is never called on new radio streams, and only "kept" items are editable.

If this patch tests good, I'll assign the bug to somebody. If not, hopefully it'll help somebody smarter than me track down the right fix.

It is not only for new radio streams. ALL radio streams entries are affected.
I have opened an upstream bug.
