Found an album I wanted to get, clicked checkout, stuck at this forever:

No way to go back, no progress indication... waited 10min and gave up (lost sale).

Sorry about that. This happened to me today as well. It's most likely a session timeout because Rhythmbox had been open on my desktop for a while before I started to use the Ubuntu One Music Store.

Today, the workaround is to close Rhythmbox, re-open, and start shopping. We're aware of the session issue and are working on a fix. Thanks.

I also have this problem. I haven't been able to make any purchase ever since I installed it a few weeks ago.
Restarting Rhythmbox does not solve the issue.

I'm using Kubuntu 10.04.

This is not the bug listed as a duplicate as if it were quiting and restarting rythm box would fix the problem which it does not.

James - Vadim's description of this bug looks like bug #574569. Perhaps you're having a different issue so I'd recommend opening a different bug. But first try using Synaptic to un-install and re-install the Ubuntu One Music Store package. Maybe that will solve the problem. Thanks!

This is a separate issue from whats described in the other report (574569). I've tried checking out immediately after starting Rythmbox and re-installing the music store plugin to no avail.

Same problem here, Ubuntu 10.04, Rhythmbox 0.12.8. Restarting does not fix for me.
