Open source used in many different ways

Throughout the book open source is spelled with caps, without caps and with hyphens. This needs to be consistent.

It's used with capital letters (Open Source) in the following sections

Prologue page 8
Chapter 5, Software Management, page 114

It's lowercase (open source or Open source in the case of a new sentence) in the following sections
Prologue page 8
Chapter 4, Hardware, page 101
Chapter 4, Hardware, page 102

It has a hyphen open-source in the following sections
Chapter 5, Software Management, page 114 (check the sidebar too)

The style we decided on was that "open source" is lowercase (but follow the normal capitalization rules for starting a sentence or using it in a header). It's hyphenated when used as an adjective.

"I like open source. Do you like open-source software?"

That is how I had made the changes. I left out "Open Source Initiative" as it is the name of a website.
