Bug Description

Version 788
Headings // TOC Page 4-5

I see the previous fix released in April. I assume I am looking at the fixed version but I still wonder about some of these.

Examples:
Burning CDs and DVDs
-I see elsewhere in the manual CDS and other accronyms are using small case.

Basic Security concepts and procedures
-Why is security caps?

Updates and Upgrades
-Why is upgrades caps?

Open Source software
-Why is source caps? Many parts of the book use open source in lower case.

Creative Commons Notice
-Should notice be caps?

Team Leads
-Should leads be caps?

Special Thanks
-Should thanks be caps?
