Confirmed in Macerick.
This is because the header file utsrelease.h has been relocated from /usr/src/ linux-headers- 2.6.32- 21-generic/ include/ linux/utsreleas e.h to /usr/src/ linux-headers- 2.6.32- 21-generic/ include/ generated/ utsrelease. h with the 2.6.34 headers
I don't know if it's a problem with fglrx or the headers.
