Bug Description

Hi! Running uscan in ctemplate sourrce directory I get this error:

uscan warning: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for watch line
  http://code.google.com/p/google-ctemplate/downloads/list http://google-ctemplate.googlecode.com/files/ctemplate-(.*).tar.gz

The debian/watch file is erroneus.
