Ubuntu one never finishes synchonizing

I've been synchronizing two folders with the size of 98,4mb for over 2 weeks. The status is always synchronizing and it never finishes. A lot of files is uploaded if not all to the servers. On my second computer the folders get the green emblem of being completed but the files inside the folders never downloads.

I appreciate the frustration you are experiencing. The Lucid release brought a record number of new users that severly degraded performance. The U1 team is working hard to fix the slow system performance

Hi Robbani,

As Duane pointed out, this is related to slow performance of syncing right now. I didn't want to say that was the issue for sure (in the forums) before I got a chance to look at the log files. Now that we have the log files, it appears things are working but at a very slow rate which causes the folders to show up as synched but not the files. We're working on fixing this ASAP.

Hi, i'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you.
The performence should be a little better now.
If you are still having this problem, comment and we can look at it some more.
