Bug Description

Binary package hint: specto

I am behind an http proxy at work
(I actually have a squid3 proxy running on my box/localhost that uses my
work proxy as an upstream server).

The GMail access in Specto is fine, but google reader gives me a "Could not
establish a connection to server" error.

Turning on my squid3 access log I see the request coming back with status
401:
1274809781.137 108 127.0.0.1 TCP_MISS/401 531 GET
