Binary package hint: transmission
uTP is a new open source BitTorrent protocol which offers several significant improvement to the BitTorrent experience. Such as adaptively controlling the bandwidth usage to not interfere with other Internet usage and potentially giving us much more finely grained options for scheduled bandwidth use.

This is in progress now, although it probably won't be ready in time for 11.04.
