apport-retrace shouldn't expect a Package field for kernel crashes

Kernel crash reports don't have a Package: field and the -R apport-retrace doesn't work with them.

Attached is a traceback of the error.

The current /usr/share/apport/kernel_crashdump does attach the Package field.
