Bug Description

My system is a 64bit maverick.
After a recent upgrade to qt 4.7.0 beta1, GBK encoding does not work properly in qt-linked programs.
For example, qterm. All chinese characters in GBK encoding are messed up.
I tried a 32bit qterm package and it works properly, probably because the ia32-libs still includes a 4.6 version of qt.
So I believe the GBK support in qt 4.7.0 beta1 is broken.

It will be fixed once Qt releases 4.7.0 and we upload it to Maverick.
