Untranslatable strings

1) Though I didn't confirm all of them, messages using C_() macro seems to be untranslatable.

For example:
-Node tool tip (status bar)
 "Drag to select objects to edit"

2) Select tool: Status bar message shown when select path object
"Path (n nodes) "... (following strings are translatable)

Inkscape trunk-r9446
gtk 2.20.1
gettext 0.18
glib 2.24.1

Build & Platform:
Build 2010-05-24 on Arch Linux (x86_64)

Confirmed on Ubuntu 10.04, Inkscape revision 9446.
The select tool status message works well in French (and I really don't know why!), but not in Japanese and Dutch (and probably other languages).

In German, on OS X 10.5.8: untranslated messages for the select and node tool
- not reproduced with 0.47
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.47+devel r9442

Yes, probably due to the recent node tool refactoring.

Context macro C_() now activated. inkscape.pot updated in revision 9447.
Lots of new strings...

Still investigating the selection status issue.

Should be fixed as of revision 9450.
sp-star (yes, stars were also affected...) and sp-path were not in POTFILE.in.

btw, the tool tips still needs some consistency work (badly placed colons). I'll try to fix it before the end of this week.
