Bug is highlighted within <>:

"When both passwords match, a strength rating will appear on the right that will tell you
whether your password is “too short<,>” “weak<,>” “fair<,>” or “strong<.>” You will..."

Three commas and one period should be pushed behind their closing quotations.

In US English, the convention is that punctuation goes inside the quotation marks.
