Chapter and page number: 1, page 12 (page 14 of the PDF)
Type: grammar

The second sentence of the last margin note reads, "This is okay, generally it means [...]". There is a comma splice, which can be rectified by either shortening the sentence to "Generally, this means [...]" or replacing the comma with a semicolon.
