'Ubuntu core applications' on page 8

I believe that Ubuntu should be exchanged for 'Ubuntu's' in this situation:

Ubuntu['s] core applications are all free and open source. We want you to use
free and open source soware, improve it, and pass it on.

Otherwise it makes it seem as though 'Ubuntu core' is a different part of the OS (more confusing!).

How about "The core applications that are included with Ubuntu are all
free and open source..."?

I could go either way on this. I went with "Ubuntu's core applications" since it's a bit easier to read (as opposed to interpreting Ubuntu as an adjective).

This fix will appear in the second edition. Thanks!
