Settings dialog for plugin should appear only once if several catures selected

Bug Description
Several plugins require a settings dialog (e.g. Sepia) . If user tries to run the plugin on several pictures, the dilaog will appear for each picture.
It would be better having dialog appear for the first time only - and then these settings will be applied on other images.
