Bug Description
Reproducible using stock 10.04 installation as follows:
$ w3m login.launchpad.net
Continue-button will be grayed out and as such, logging in by normal means will fail when using w3m (default browser outside X) to report bugs in say, X11 or firefox.
To fix this, please consider changing the <button> tag on login field back to <input type="submit"> which it most likely was earlier, as I haven't encounter this problem with earlier Ubuntu releases.
