Bug Description
Binary package hint: transmission
Up to Kubuntu Karmic whenever I'd click the Transmission (GTK+ GUI) icon in the tray plasmoid, it would simply open transmission's main window. This is not the case in Lucid, and I suspect it has to do with the Ayatana systray project going on in Ubuntu. If this is the case I think it shouldn't interfere with how the program works on other DEs than Gnome, and therefore the old behavior (left click to open the program) should be brought back for KDE.
Right now I have to right-click, and only then can I choose to open the transmission window. And even then, there is some clash between (I think) KDE and transmission because while the window is opened, it *isn't* focused or brought to the front.
What follows is that I have to do 2 actions just to view transmission's main window: right mouse click, select "show Transmission", and then I have to select it in the task manager plasmoid to bring it to the front.
It would be nice if this wouldn't just be fixed for Maverick, but could be backported for Lucid as well.

this is pretty annoying in xubuntu too.
in the systray the expected behavior of left-click is to show/hide the app, right-click should show a context menu. right now there's only a checkbox to show/hide transmission in the windowlist, left-click doesn't do anything.
