Bug Description
Binary package hint: xchat
In the XChat preferences' sub section 'Alerts' there is a row that mentions “Blink tray icon on”. This is deprecated wording and should be changed.
Recommendation from the Design Team:
"When notification area is absent, hide the row of checkboxes, and behave as if all are unchecked."
This bug report is part of our effort to remove references to the tray from all applications as the notification area is going to be deprecated in Ubuntu.
