Bug Description
I wanted to crop a scan quickly with shutter and observed following bug:
The file size was about 600kb originally. Then I edited it (cut away a part) and saved the file. The edited file's size was 1,4MB. The jpeg compression in the settings is at 90% (should be the default value). Using Shutter 0.86.3.
