New input/output source should be default

In order to use external autio niput/output source, like bluetooth freehand device, user need to:

1. Connect the device via bluetooth-manager, and
2. Select the new device in the device chooser.

But, if user connect a new device, obviously he want to use it. So, the preferrable behavior for the applet will be to choose a newly connected device as a new default source.

This is more to do with PulseAudio device policy, which is an area that I really don't want to get into. You may want to look at something like Ear Candy [https://launchpad.net/earcandy], which already supports this for USB devices. Presumably it will work with Bluetooth devices too.
