Bug Description
Well, it says it is licensed under the PSF license (the Python license); that is impossible because the license can only apply to Python itself. Please use a real standard license for this file.

If the intent is to have something broadly compatible with Python
itself, and potentially for inclusion, then either the Academic Free
License v. 2.1 or Apache License, Version 2.0, or both should work:
