Bug Description

Binary package hint: plasma-desktop

KDE panels aligned to the left and right border change position after login, it seems like the position are wrongly saved.

How i do reproduce it
Put a panel at the top set a maximum width.
Put a panel al the left on the screen, then center and size it to fit nice on the vertical space left by the top panel.
Then logout and login again as a result the panel is not any more centered and the "size markers" are misplaced respect to the actual position of the panel (see the attached screen-shot)

Hi there!

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.

Thanks!
