Bug Description
If the cache directory is not readable/can't be created/etc then Docky will crash.

@Rico: I fixed this in rev 1360. My fix was to simply trap the exception, log it to console, and then continue on. This means that in this case, there simply is no cache file. Docky will continue complaining/dumping traces any time it tries writing it. Feel free to make a different patch.
