problem with non absolute path

Bug Description
I have a problem while using XCode.
Somehow it seems that XCode executes Scripts in a different environment.
If i execute build lang several exceptions are thrown, which are related to buildlocale.py and buildcat.py.
The problem is, that xgettext, msgmerge and msgfmt are not found.
I don't know if it would be possible to call this programs with their corresponding full path.
