Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnomad2
Connected Creative Zen MTP player. Ubuntu mounts this automatically, so unmounted from desktop (Right click > Unmount). Launched Gnomad, which crashed from the "Getting file metadata" window with the following output:
Device 0 (VID=041e and PID=4157) is a Creative ZEN.

I have exactly the same issue on my machine.
Player: Creative Zen Mozaic
System: Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx
