Unofficial distribution releases should not be allowed to use milestones

"Unofficial" distributions' releases should not be allowed to use milestones. At least that's the only solution we have to ensuring that every single milestone is attached to a distribution release or product series. This means removing milestones for Baltix.

Are "unofficial" distributions allowed to have releases? ISTM that the problem stems from the fact that they can't and thus baltix ended up with milestones associated with the distribution rather than a release of that distribution.

They are currently not allowed, though Celso and I have established that it won't be a problem at least in the Soyuz sense.

Registration of new releases/milestones/series still isn't allowed for distributions in Launchpad :(
There are lots of custom distributions in launchpad, when you are planing to allow to have normal bug management for custom distributions ?
